Health : Rainstorm leaves hundreds displaced in Savlugu/Nanton

Hundreds of people have been displaced in the Savelugu/Nantong district of the Northern region after a devastating rainstorm hit the area on Tuesday and destroyed several properties.
The Coordinator of the Savelugu/Nantong district branch of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Mahama Nashiru confirmed the incident to Citi News saying, “The damage caused is beyond description.”
This brings to three the number of districts, including Yendi Municipality and Gushegu district, which have suffered from similar disasters within a space of one month.
Affected households are reported to be attempting to grapple with the situation.
